Amy Taylor MS, CHHC
Amy Taylor is a Certified Integrative Health Coach, blogger and co-owner of Spunky Avocado. Amy specializes in eco-wellness, family nutrition, and the recognition and regulation of disordered eating patterns. She is also the blog moderator for, as well as a contributor to, 100 Days of Real Food. Amy is the mom of two energetic boys and wife to her best friend of 17 years, each sharing in her love of nature, travel, and adventuring.
Amy’s own challenges at a young age with disordered eating, and later, food sensitivities, coupled with the challenge of raising young children in a world of fast, convenient, and processed food, led to years of practical experience and endless research in the field of holistic health and nutrition. Viewing whole foods and mindful living as our most essential tools for transforming health and overall well being, Amy finds great joy in helping people put those tools in place for a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life. Lastly, a passion for conservation and a belief in our collective responsibility to protect the health of the planet infuses all aspects of her coaching.
Spunky Avocado is co-owned by Amy Taylor and Niki Hitch and is focused on helping individuals reach their wellness goals of mind, body, and soul through personalized eco-wellness coaching. Our programs guide clients on an individualized path toward making healthier choices regarding food, exercise, and lifestyle that will be sustainable for them and the earth long term. We believe that the first step in building a healthier happier world is building healthier happier people.
We are so happy that you have found us! We hope you will allow us to put our passion, experience, and expertise to work for you. Together, we can forge a path to a healthier, happier you.
