Meet Bree

Bree has practiced as a Licensed Registered Nurse since 2004 and has nursing experience in the areas of neurosurgery, diabetic education, hyperbaric therapy, chronic disease prevention, and corporate wellness. After her own health began to deteriorate and conventional treatments were not effective, she began to seek education in alternative and holistic therapies. Bree received over 200 hours training from functional medication doctors throughout the nation and became a detoxification specialist. She also graduated from Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Health Coach in 2011. By combining her medical experience with her holistic and detoxification training, Bree was able to heal her own extensive list of diagnoses including depression, Grave’s Disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, digestive disorders and severe PMDD. Since starting Vitality Health Coaching in 2011, Bree has helped many women to successfully reach their own health goals, including weight loss, improving energy, and overcoming disease. She enjoys being a regular contributor as a health expert for Fort Mill Magazine. Bree is also passionate about helping other health coaches achieve great results with their clients and is the creator of the Client Success System for Health Coaches.
